INITIAL FUNDERS CAMPAIGN — BLACK WARRIOR DANCE

OUR INITIAL FUNDING CAMPAIGN

We are very excited to announce Black Warrior Dance Inc.

BWD is the umbrella under which three important organizations exist, LIFT, EMERGING, and The Foster Fund, each one covered by the 501(C)3 Non-Profit status of Black Warrior Dance inc. LIFT: Men. Dance. Life. continues to do the important work of elevating Black Men, and offering a creative platform to express ideas, and work it all out through creative expression. EMERGING: A Course In Creativity exists as an equivalent alternative to college level composition courses. The emerging artists are offered a creative laboratory that mirrors the curriculum of dance major programs at top universities, and culminates in a fully produced showcase. Once fully funded, The Foster Fund will provide scholarships for dancers in the Atlanta region to train intensively for professional level work, and funding for at least one local movement based project.
